Iain Jacobs qualified as a Solicitor (Scotland) and an Attorney-at-Law (New York).  He worked for law firms in London, New York and Strasbourg, before joining Alstom (manufacturer of power generation equipment and trains) where he was General Counsel of one of the Company's three world-wide Sectors.  He is based in Switzerland and speaks English, French and German.  He has over 20 years of experience in resolving commercial claims and disputes.
